The process of efficient separation starts with a seed lot feed into the pre-storage hopper via conveyor. The principle is all about uniform separation – a fluidized air bed generated on the Destoner Separator deck via an aspiration fan creates a stratification effect. Meanwhile, the vibration system moves stones and heavy admixtures in the opposite direction to the reject chute.
