Function:

This machine separates products like pulses, grains, and seeds from foreign materials. It can remove light and undersized items from the main product using a vacuum aspirator and sieves. It also filters out heavy but small impurities like sand. This device is mainly used for pre-cleaning dry, granular agricultural products.

There are two versions available: a fixed model and a mobile one.

Working Principle:

The machine receives the product through a hopper feeder connected to a vacuum aspirator. It then screens the product, separating small and heavy impurities that fall through the screen holes. The vacuum aspirator also removes lightweight and undersized particles. The system includes two sieves for thorough cleaning, ensuring even thin and small particles are filtered out.

The device features a five-times vacuum aspiration cleaning process for optimal purity. Underneath the screen, there are brushes that move back and forth, preventing any blockages.
