How does it work?

The jog conveyor dryer operates through the action of an eccentric shaft. This shaft, connected via rods, causes the conveyor to move back and forth, resulting in the movement of the material through coiled suspension units.

Designed with heating and screening sections, the jog conveyor dryer transports material slowly, emptying it at the outlet. Each heating section is supplied separately with warm air, using heaters and blowers located below the conveyor. The screening sections consist of single screens with a connection spout for aspiration.

The main drive is a 4 kW squirrel cage motor. Please note that the operation of the drive must be by a frequency inverter, which is not included with the jog conveyor dryer.

An adjustable feeding gate at the inlet to the deck determines the thickness of the layer on the deck of the jog conveyor dryer.
