Working Principle:
The Double Pre and Fine Seed Screen Cleaner: Brush Type is an advanced, dual-sided machine designed for comprehensive cleaning and grading of grains, seeds, and dry legumes. Its functionality is split into left-hand and right-hand sections, each mirroring the other’s capabilities to double the processing capacity. Here’s a detailed look at how each section functions:
Left Hand Side Section
Feeding and Initial Screening: Products are introduced into the machine through a feeder elevator, leading to sieve boats. These boats have specially sized holes to filter out impurities larger or smaller than the crop. The sieve boats are inclined, aiding the movement of the crop through vibration, which helps dislodge impurities through the sieve perforations.
Aspirator Room Cleaning: To remove lighter impurities such as straw, chips, and glumes, the product then passes under the aspirator room. This room is equipped with five adjustable suction inlets, subjecting the crop to five rounds of air cleaning. Following this, the product is moved to the last sieve boat for further processing.
Grading and Scalping: The final processing stage on the left side allows for the product to be graded into two or three categories using air screen sieving. An alternative scalping task may also be performed. An eccentric system ensures optimal product analysis. The under-screen cleaning system, with its forward-and-back moving brushes, prevents any screen blockages.

Mirrored Functionality: The right-hand side of the machine performs identically to the left-hand side, ensuring uniformity in processing and doubling the overall capacity.
