High-tech grain cleaning line in operation, separating and purifying various types of grains

Advanced Pre & Fine Seed Screen Cleaner: Revolutionizing Seed and Grain Cleaning

Pre Cleaning Seed Screen Cleaner : Brush Type

This versatile machine combines fine cleaning and grading capabilities, designed to effectively screen clean a wide variety of seeds, grains, and dry legumes. Light impurities are efficiently removed by the aspirator room. Equipped with four sieve boats and four screens, it offers the ability to classify the product into two distinct grades, plus one additional separation through the air screen boat. Available in two standard models, it caters to various operational needs with both fixed and mobile types.

Efficient Removal of Impurities with Dual-Stage Cleaning

Working Principle:

The Pre & Fine Screen Cleaner operates on a comprehensive principle to ensure thorough cleaning and grading of agricultural products. Here’s how it works:

  1. Initial Feeding:

    • Products are fed into sieve boats via a feeder elevator, where they encounter sieves with holes of specific sizes designed to remove impurities either larger or smaller than the crop itself.
  2. Sieve Boat Function:

    • These sieve boats are inclined downwards, aiding the movement of the crop while vibrating. This vibration causes impurities to fall off through the sieve perforations.
  3. Aspirator Room Cleaning:

    • For the removal of straw, chips, glumes, etc., the product passes below the aspirator room. This room features five adjustable suction inlets, exposing the crop to air cleaning five times for a thorough clean.
  4. Grading and Fine Cleaning:

    • After the initial cleaning operation, products are transferred to the grading boat. Here, they can be graded into two or three categories using air screen sieving. The eccentric system ensures optimal product analysis. The under-screen cleaning system, equipped with brushes moving back and forth, prevents any screen blockages.

Machine Sections:

  1. Pre-Cleaning Section:

    • The first friction in this section, known as scalping (in the first sieve boat), removes large impurities. The second friction, or screening (in the second sieve boat), deals with smaller impurities.
  2. Fine Cleaning Section:

    • This section involves third direction and fourth friction processes, which include air screening up to five times in a single pass to eliminate light impurities, while additional screening in the third sieve boat targets smaller impurities. This can also include grading.
    • The final steps involve two actions: below-screen screening (foot grading 2) and above-screen grading (grade 3 or scalping).

This machine is versatile, suitable for seed cleaning purposes or the cleaning of edible granular dry vegetables.
